Accommodation

The brand new self-contained-apartments are 90 sqm with a nice view of the lake. They have two separate bedrooms for 4 people, a living-room, kitchen and bathroom. The ground-floor apartments with a roomy bathroom are convenient for disabled guests.

The flats on the first level offer a bathroom and a separate toilet with bidet. The studio couch in the living-room offers space for two additional people. On the south side there is a spacious balcony or a terrace. The apartments are fully furnished and carefully equipped with all you need for cooking (tableware, crockery, cookware, utensils), cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and TV.

Bed-linen will be provided and an initial equipment of bathroom tissue and bin liners. Pets are not allowed, but we will be happy to recommend nearby boarding kennels for your pets.

We offer towel-sets for 3 €/person at the reception and intermediate cleaning of the apartment for 30 € on request.

The accomodation is at your disposal from 3:30 p.m. on your day of arrival until 10 a.m. on departure day.

Conditions for Accommodation to hire

Reservation is absolutely neccesarry and without any fees.
For your binding reservation, we will ask for a first instalment of 30 % of the total rental amount to be sent to our bank account No. 796464601 at Deutsche Bank PGK Dresden (No.-Bank 870 700 24). There is a deposit of 100 Euro which can be paid on arrival
Cancelling the reservation will incur a charge of 3 % of the total rental amount. For cancellations made within 2 months before arrival, there will be a charge of 10 %, cancellations made 7 days before booked arrival are charged 20 %.
It is not possible to bring any pets with you.
Smoking is forbidden in the rental properties.
The accommodation is at your disposal from 3:30 p.m. on arrival day until 10.00 a.m. on departure day. Before handing over the rental properties, we will check carefully the accommodation and the equipment. On arrival we will hand out a list of the inventory. If there is any deficiency, please tell the reception and we will immediately try to remedy it.
The person(s) renting the accommodation are obliged to return it as clean as possible.
The following cleaning-duties are not included: Dishwashing, folding up coverings, cleaning refrigerator, disposal of rubbish, cleaning the cooking facilities. If the rental property is not returned in an acceptable state, we must charge a fee reflecting the time and effort needed by cleaning staff.
For stays less than 7 nights there will be an additional fee of 30 EUR.
Items left behind will be kept for 6 months.
