Caravans to rent

There are many reasons to rent a caravan. You don’t own a caravan of your own or you just want to try caravaning? You just want to feel unbelievable freedom and flexibility during your holidays? No problem. We offer two brand new caravans (brand Hobby) with plenty of space for the whole family. No need to build up a caravan, awning etc. as everything is ready for you. The caravans are new (2013) with modern awnings.

They are carefully equipped with all you need for cooking (glassware, crockery & utensils), and with outdoor/ garden furniture. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable beds and sliding-doors. One of the models is especially suitable for families as it offers bunk beds in the children’s room.

The caravans are suitable for 2-3 adults and 2 children. You are invited to use showers and toilets in our comfortable sanitary facilities. Please bring your towels with you. You can choose to either bring your own bed linen with you or to rent it from us.

Conditions for Accommodation to hire

Reservation is absolutely necessary and without any fees.
For your binding reservation, we will ask for a first instalment of 30 % of the total rental amount to be sent to our bank account No. 796464601 at Deutsche Bank PGK Dresden (No.-Bank 870 700 24). There is a deposit of 100 Euro which can be paid on arrival
Cancelling the reservation will incur a charge of 3 % of the total rental amount. For cancellations made within 2 months before arrival, there will be a charge of 10 %, cancellations made 7 days before booked arrival are charged 20 %.
It is not possible to bring any pets with you.
Smoking is forbidden in the accommodation.
The accommodation is at your disposal from 3:30 p.m. on arrival day until 10 a.m. on departure day. Before handing over the rental properties, we will check the accommodation and the equipment carefully. On arrival we will hand out a list of the inventory. If there is any deficiency, please tell the reception and we will immediately try to remedy it.
The person(s) renting the accommodation are obliged to return it as clean as possible.
The following cleaning-duties are not included: Dishwashing, folding up coverings, cleaning refrigerator, cleaning out the toilet, water and rubbish, cleaning the cooking facilities. An extra charge will be made if we are required to engage cleaning staff for this.
If the rental property is not returned in an acceptable state, we must charge a fee reflecting the time and effort needed by cleaning staff.
For stays of less than 7 nights there will be an extra charge 30 EUR.
Items left behind will be kept for 6 months.
