Prices for accommodation to rent

We are happy to receive your reservation following this link: online reservation. It is the fastest way and we will immediately send you our confirmation. Furthermore it enables a faster check-in at your arrival. Alternatively, please book by telephone, email, or fax. Please be aware that it is not possible to bring pets into our accomodation to rent and that smoking is not allowed in our rentals. For your binding reservation, we will ask for a first installment of 20 % of the total rental amount . The accommodation is at your disposal from 3:30 p.m. on arrival day and until 10.00 a.m. on departure day. In our holiday apartments and holiday rooms bed linen is included. We offer towel-sets for 5,80 €/person at the reception. Please find our pricelist 2023 here for download.

Opening hours of the reception:
- in season C : 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (Sat. & Sun. in March & Nov. + Dec.  8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.)
- in season B: 8.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
- in season A: 8.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m. (late arrivals until 10.00 p.m.)

Closing time of the gate: 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. (lunch-time reposal)  and 10.00 p.m. - 8.00 a.m. (night time).

Conditions for accommodations to hire:

• Reservation is absolutely necessary and without fees
• For your binding reservation, we will ask for a first installment of 20% of the total rental amount, thank you for your understanding.
• Cancelling the reservation will incur the following travel rescission costs:
  - from reservation date to 8 weeks prior arrival 10 % of total accommodation costs
  - prior 4 weeks of arrival 20 % of total accommodation costs
  - prior 3 weeks of arrival 50 % of total accommodation costs
  - prior 2 weeks of arrival 80 % of total accommodation costs
  - in case of no-shows or early departure 100 % of total accommodation costs
  Corona-special: in case of a lockdown in our department or in your home region or in the case that you or your fellow travellers are under quarantine during your booking period, you can withdraw from your booking without cancellations fees.
  We recommend the conclusion of a trip cancellation insurance.
   
• It is not possible to bring any pets with you
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental properties.
• The accommodation is at your disposal from 3.30 p.m. on arrival day and until 10.00 a.m. on departure day. Before handing over the rental properties, we will check carefully the accommodation and the equipment. On arrival, we will hand out a list of the inventory. If there is any deficiency, please tell the reception and we will immediately try to remedy it.
• The person(s) renting the accommodation are obliged to return it as clean as possible.
• The following cleaning-duties are not included: dishwashing, folding up coverings, cleaning refrigerator, disposal of rubbish, cleaning the cooking facilities. If the rental property is not returned in an acceptable state, we must charge a fee reflecting the time and effort needed by cleaning staff. 
• Items left behind will be kept for 6 months.
