Opening hours of the reception:

Season C: 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (Sat. & Sun. in March & Nov. 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.)
Season A & B: 8.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.

Closing time of the barrier: 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. (lunch-time reposal)  and 10.00 p.m. - 8.00 a.m. (night time).

Check-in/Check-out
We will hold your reserved pitch until 8 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please inform us if you will be arriving later. Our barrier is open until 10 p.m., and with prior arrangement, we will try to accomodate your arrival until 10 p.m. as well. Our prices are valid for camping guests from the day of arrival at 2.30 p.m. until the day of departure before 1.30 p.m., for our accommodations from 3.30 p.m. at the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. at the day of departure. Early arrivals and late departures are only possible after prior consultation with our reception. Please note that there will apply additional fees for early arrival and late departure according to our price list. This applies also to guests arriving after the closing of the gate at 10.00 p.m. Registering the next morning, the arrival date will be the evening before even if it was necessary to stay on the parking in front of the gate.

Reservation conditions
Please note that reservations are binding for both sides.  A prepayment is only necessary for rental properties. For the reservation of a bathroom-to-rent we ask for the complete payment in advance. For all prepayments made, the subsequent cancellation conditions apply. For bookings of camping pitches there is no prepayment necessary.

Using our booking-platform on our website allows us a faster check-in upon your arrival. Our campsite will be closed from 06.11.23-01.03.24.

Cancellation fees
For the cancellation of pitches there are no cancellation fees. 
Cancellation fees of private bathrooms  will be charged as a percentage of the overall bathroom costs:
- from reservation date to 8 weeks prior arrival 10 % of total accommodation costs
- prior 4 weeks of arrival 20 % of total accommodation costs
- prior 3 weeks of arrival 50 % of total accommodation costs
- prior 2 weeks of arrival 80 % of total accommodation costs
- in case of no-shows or early departure 100 % of total accommodation costs

For the case of a cancellation we recommend booking a cancellation insurance.

Minimum booking periods
For the season 2024 there will apply the following minimum booking periods:
During Easter holidays (28.03.-01.04.24), Ascension holidays (08.05.-12.05.24) & Whitsun (17.5.-20.5.24) and in the main summer season from 12.07.-20.08.24 we will accept reservations for bookings of at least 7 nights. Please ask for shorter overnight stays 6 weeks in advance of those main-holiday-periods. The minimum booking period for pitches during Easter holidays is 28.03.-01.04.24, during Ascension holidays 08.05.-12.05.24 and during Whitsun-weekend 17.05.-20.05.2024.

WIFI is included
But we cannot guarantee a certain coverage or rate of transmission. This is dependent on current network load, number of users and technical specifications of the user’s devices.

Discounts for retired guests:
Retired guests staying at least 14 nights will receive a discount of 20 % on overnight-fees if one person is over 60 years. Please note that this offer is not valid in the following busy holiday periods: 28.03.-07.04.24 (Easter), Whitsun and Ascension Day (08.05.-20.05.2024), July and August.

Group-Bookings/ several families travelling together:
Our target groups of guests are single travellers, single couples, families and retired couples, who are looking for relaxing days on a quite campsite and who value our night's rest from 10pm. Our experience of more than 20 years running a campsite has demonstrated that several families belonging and traveling together usually entail higher noise levels as there is plenty to talk about even after 10 pm while socialising outside. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we only accept bookings of not more than 2 families together. We reserve the right to cancel bookings upon arrival or during a stay if more than 2 families travel together without their indications that they belong together.

Our pitches:
All pitches offer plenty of space between 100-200 sqm, 16-A electricity (CEE plugs), most of the pitches have direct water and sewage connections and free Wifi.

Bathrooms to rent:
The private bathrooms have a modern style and equipment with floor-level showers, underfloor heating & towel warmers in the heating period - spatially separated toilet, some with bidet - generous space for the simultaneous use of your family members.

Pets:
It is obligatory to keep dogs and cats on a leash at the campsite. Fighting dogs/ list dogs according to German law are not permitted. Rabbits, parrots, turtles have to be in suitable cages/ enclosures. Thank you for your understanding with regard to politeness and respect towards other campingguests and pet owners, unleashed or free running pets are not allowed. We are looking forward to a happy coexistance of two- and four-legged visitors.
